Registration is required to be admitted to the venue and for participation in the scientific program of the conference and other activities. To receive the best rates for ART 2021, we encourage delegates to take advantage of the generous Early Bird.

Registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, a copy of final program, and e-proceedings.
Participants should additionally purchase a ticket to join the welcome reception.
Access to the technical session in 2021 Autumn Conference & Annual Meeting of the Korean Society for Railway (not provided lunches, coffee breaks)

Registration for Authors

For the papers to be included in the program, each paper must have one Regular Rate registration completed by one of the authors, regardless of the author’s academic status or the number of other accepted papers. A Regular registration fee will cover 1 paper. If you would like to submit two or more papers, the student registration fee will be charged for each additional paper by the same author.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by September 30, 2021. No refunds will be issued after October 1, 2021. Please submit all refund/cancellation requests to All approval refunds will be issued after the conference.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

An official invitation letter will be sent by the Chairman of the ART 2021 upon request. This personal invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants. To request an official invitation letter, participants must complete the registration process first.
